PLAICE FILLETS ALLA PIZZAIOLA

Ingredients:

  • 4 plaice fillets
  • 80g Fontina
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 20g extra virgin olive oil
  • basil leaves
  • salt and pepper


Preparation:
Cut the Fontina in cubes and arrange them on each fish fillet with a little basil. Salt lightly and roll the fillets on themselves. Rub with a clove of garlic and grease a baking dish, place the fillets that you have cut in half and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes. Serve with a pinch of pepper.
