The first thing to prepare for this grilled salmon dish is the parsley sauce, which you can prepare even a few hours in advance if you prefer. Chop the onion, parsley and chili pepper and mix together in a bowl; in another smaller bowl prepare a dressing with 4 tablespoons of olive oil, apple cider vinegar and lemon juice, beat with a fork. Now pour the dressing in the mixture in your other bowl, stir well and season with salt and pepper to your taste. Then prepared the zucchini (courgettes) - here's how! Now let's prepare the salmon: Divide the salmon into pieces weighing about 200 grams each; in the meantime put a grill plate to heat up; when it is hot lay the salmon fillets and cook on the grill plate, turning them from side to side according to the desired cooking level. Once cooked, serve the salmon fillets sprinkled with the parsley sauce that you have prepared earlier.
