TO PREPARE SEA BASS WITH ROASTED POTATOES:

Ingredients:

  • 1 sea bass
  • 300 grams of potatoes
  • 1 lemon
  • 40 grams of butter
  • parsley
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 stock cube
  • 1/2 glass white wine


Preparation:
Chop the parsley and garlic and gut the 
sea bass; clean and slice the potatoes; in a baking pan put oil and a layer of potato slices; sprinkle with parsley and chopped garlic, salt and pepper lightly. In the belly of sea bass add crumbled stock cube, 3 slices of lemon, butter slices, a little garlic and parsley; salt and pepper lightly. Arrange on top of the potatoes and put in the oven at 200 degrees, also adding the white wine; simmer 25-30 minutes.
