PREPARING GRILLED SALMON

Ingredients:


  • 4 Salmon slices
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

The first thing to prepare for the grilled salmon is the parsley sauce, which you can make a few hours ahead of time if you prefer. Chop the spring onion, parsley, and chili pepper with a knife and combine everything in a bowl. In another smaller bowl, mix the 4 tablespoons of oil, the apple cider vinegar, and the lemon juice, and whisk with a fork.

Then take care of the salmon: divide the salmon into slices weighing about 200 g each. In the meantime, heat a griddle. When it is hot, place the salmon fillets on it and grill them, turning them from one side to the other according to the desired degree of cooking.
