PREPARING LINGUINE WITH LOBSTER

Ingredients:


  • 320 gr of linguine
  • 4 lobsters
  • peeled tomatoes
  • sale
  • chili
  • a handful of parsley
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Brown the lobsters with the chopped garlic and parsley. Add the white wine and let it evaporate.


Add the pureed peeled tomatoes, season with salt and chili pepper to taste. Cook the lobsters for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally.


Cook the linguine in plenty of salted water until al dente. Toss the pasta in the lobster sauce for 2 minutes and serve hot.
