PREPARING PLAICE FILLETS PIZZAIOLA-STYLE

Ingredients:


  • 4 Plaice Fillets
  • 80 g of Fontina cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 20 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • A few basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper.

Preparation

Dice the fontina cheese and arrange it on each fish fillet with a little basil; season lightly with salt and roll the fillets up.




Rub with the garlic clove and grease a baking dish, arrange the fillets that you have cut in half and cook in a preheated oven, at 200°, for 15 minutes, serve with a handful of pepper.
