PREPARING ROASTED SEA BASS WITH POTATOES

Ingredients:


  • 1 sea bass
  • 300 g of potatoes
  • 1 lemon
  • 40 g of butter
  • parsley
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 die
  • 1/2 glass of white wine.

Preparation

Chop the parsley and garlic, gut and scale the sea bass; clean and slice the potatoes; drizzle the oil on a baking sheet and arrange a layer of potato slices; sprinkle with parsley and chopped garlic, and season lightly with salt and pepper.


Place the crumbled stock cube, 3 lemon slices, sliced butter, a little garlic, and parsley in the belly of the sea bass; season lightly with salt and pepper.


Place on the potatoes and bake at 200 degrees, adding the white wine; cook for 25-30 minutes.
